Material and specifications

Material: Stainless steel materials such as 201, 304, 316 are usually selected. Among them, 304 stainless steel has good corrosion resistance and comprehensive performance, and is widely used; 316 stainless steel has stronger corrosion resistance and is suitable for special environments with higher requirements for corrosion resistance.

Specifications: Common specifications include 1000 * 2000mm, 1219 * 2438mm, 1219 * 3048mm, etc., with a thickness generally between 0.3mm-2.0mm. We can also customize the size according to customer needs, or perform whole roll embossing processing.

Production process

Etching process: First, the designed landscape painting pattern is made into a template, then a corrosion-resistant agent is coated on the surface of the stainless steel plate, and then it is placed in a corrosive solution. The unprotected part will be corroded away, thus forming a beautiful landscape painting pattern.

Embossing process: The stainless steel plate is rolled using a work roll with a landscape pattern to create a textured landscape on the surface, enhancing the three-dimensional and artistic sense of the decorative plate.

Surface treatment process: including grinding, polishing, wire drawing, sandblasting, etc., can make the surface of stainless steel plate present different textures, such as mirror effect, matte effect, wire drawing effect, etc., to meet different design requirements.
